The work of an Educational Psychologist involves working with parents, children and schools or early years' settings to get the most out of a child's education.

We work together to better understand a situation or concern about a child and to find some strategies which would be helpful for schools and parents to employ in order to provide the right help and support.

Work for individual children includes:

  • assessment

  • observation

  • consultation

  • collaborative problem-solving and providing advice for supporting children with a range of needs.

Training and support can also be provided for schools as required and supervision for a range of professionals.
